Ingredients
- 2 x 400g tins of cannellini beans - drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tablesppon mustard powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
Method
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and mix well.
Cook on low for 12 hours.
Serve.
Notes:
If the sauce does not thicken, add 1 to 3 tablespoons of cornflour and cook a futher 30 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
