Ingredients:
1kg Pork Shoulder
Rub:
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sales
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion - diced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method:
- Mix ingredients for rub.
- Score the pork shoulder.
- Rub mix into pork.
- Place pork into slow cooker.
- Mix the sauce ingredients well and pour over the pork.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
- Remove the meat. Retain the juices.
- Shred the meat with two forks and place on an oven tray.
- Grill the shredded meat until the edged are crispy.
- Add the juices and serve.
