Pumpkin PIe

 Ingredients

1 cup pumplin puree

1/2 cup bisquick

1.2 cup sugar

1 cup evaporated milk

1 tbsp butter

1 1/2 teaspoons  pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

2 eggs

Whipped cream to serve


Method

Preheat oven to 175C

Grease 9 inch pie plate

Combine all ingredients

Pour into pie plate

Bake 35 to 40 minutes until knife comes out clean

Refigerate until cold (mminimum of 3 hours)

Serve with cream

Store covered in fridge
