Ingredients
500g mince
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon American mustard
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
Brown mince, onion and celery in a frypan then drain and return to fry pan
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into the frypan. Simmer until sauce thicken.
Serve on hamburger buns with cheese slices, lettuce and mayonaisse.
